The name 3 Cords reflects a triad of strength: Sheila, Misty, and God at the center. Their relationship began in Frisco, Texas, when a heartfelt gesture, homemade banana nut bread, sparked a lifelong connection rooted in authenticity, warmth, and shared purpose.

Sheila Fejeran is considered one of the top women in real estate, with nearly 15,000 agents in 20 countries in her organization and $50 billion in sales production for 2022.
She has been the #1 woman in the world for eXp in growth and attraction for six consecutive years, and is a serial entrepreneur with ownership in multiple prop tech and digital asset companies.
Prior to eXp, Sheila served as VP and Managing Broker for an independent brokerage she helped grow to 12 offices across 4 states.
Misty Michael has been a top producer and team leader for over 20 years, recognized in 2022 as one of the top 1.5% of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals.
Her team ranked #42 in the U.S. for transaction sides and #9 in Texas for sales volume.
Prior to rebuilding her team, Misty was a Managing Broker for eXp Realty Texas, helping support 9,000 agents across the state.
